What Fellows Usually See

Depending on your fellowship program, you may have:

• Procedure logs
• Case/condition logs
• Evaluation tools (for example, Clinical Performance Rating Tool and 360° Evaluation)
• Other logs (research, meetings, conferences, presentations, awards)

How to Use Fellowship Pages

1. Open your fellowship dashboard or assigned sections.
2. Add entries in the correct category.
3. Watch Pending and Finalized counts.
4. Follow up on items that stay pending.

Status Meanings

• Pending - Waiting for review/verification
• Finalized/Verified - Completed
• Expired - Deadline passed

Simple Checklist

• Log entries as early as possible.
• Review your counters weekly.
• Keep your profile and institution details updated.
